Climate Change is the current rapid warming of the Earth's climate caused by human activity. If left unchecked and current responses are doing little to halt it, it poses an unprecedented threat to human civilization and the ecosystems on this planet. In addition, climate change is a paradoxical subject. While the best scientific information points to a clear threat to the future of humanity, the political and public responses to this challenge have been relatively weak. With that being said, in line with the teachings of our Jesuit School, Xavier University, we formed a team that tackles the unparalleled ultimatum that this environmental issue brings to the face of humanity and the Earth. Green Crusaders wants to spread the message of hope and compassion. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through advocacy and promoting initiatives to raise awareness, our team works tirelessly each day to contribute their part to the greater good.
